School Gardening

Irmo High School job training students planted kale and chard plants that started in coffee pods in their greenhouse. They made sure to carefully cut the bottom of cups before planting, and they also planted a variety of tomatoes, bell peppers, cucumbers, yellow squash, and strawberry plants. Students are excited that the golden peppers and yellow squash are one of their school colors!
